Serving suggestion
Squeeze the leaves well after defrosting. Cook with peanut paste, meat, prawns and crayfish in palm oil to make Ndolé. Simmer for at least 45 minutes for the full flavour. Serve with fufu, rice or baton de manioc. Available from Osina Afro Market in Switzerland.
