Serving suggestion
Gently simmer the cassava leaves in palm oil with onions, garlic, tomatoes, meat and crayfish – for at least 2 hours to achieve a creamy consistency. Serve with fufu, miondo or baton de manioc. Available from Osina Afro Market in Switzerland.
