As a Swiss company, we are subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023). Where data of persons in the EU is involved, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 13/14 of Regulation EU 2016/679) applies additionally.

We process the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, address (street, postcode, city, country), date of birth, usage data and cookies.

Purposes of Processing

Data is collected for contract fulfilment (order processing, delivery), customer service, newsletter delivery (with consent only) and anonymous web analytics to improve our services.

Google Analytics (Google LLC)

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, USA. Google processes usage data and cookies. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF, valid since July 2023). You can opt out here: Google Analytics Opt-out.

Contact Form

When using our contact form, we collect: first name, last name, email, phone and address. This data is used exclusively to process your request.

Newsletter

When subscribing to our newsletter, we store your email address and name. Subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time.

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.
