Right of Withdrawal
This page provides information about the right of withdrawal when shopping at our online shop osina.ch — depending on the customer's place of residence.
For customers resident in Switzerland
🇨🇭 No statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland
Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Orders are binding upon completion. In the case of incorrect or damaged delivery, the provisions of our GTC apply (inspection obligation within 5 calendar days).
For customers resident in the EU
🇪🇺 14-day right of withdrawal for EU customers
Customers resident in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (EU)
🥦 Food and perishable goods
In accordance with Art. 16(d) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), there is no right of withdrawal for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date could be exceeded. This applies to the majority of our range, in particular: fresh food, frozen products, spices, oils, canned goods and other foodstuffs.
🧴 Further exceptions
No right of withdrawal also applies to: sealed cosmetic products that have been opened after delivery, and goods manufactured to customer specifications.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by a clear statement by email to info@osina.ch or via WhatsApp. Please include: your name, address, order number and the items you wish to return.
