Uda – also known as Negro Pepper or Selim Pepper – is a West African spice pepper with an intensely spicy, slightly smoky aroma that is indispensable in pepper soup, egusi and many other Nigerian dishes. Hard to find in Europe, but available from Osina Foods direct from Nigeria.
