Okazi leaves are the heart of Afang Soup from southern Nigeria – you simply can’t do without them. The firm, slightly bitter leaf with its distinctive aroma is finely chopped and combined with waterleaf to create one of Nigeria’s richest soups. This dried version from Osina Foods has a long shelf life and retains its characteristic aroma.

Serving suggestion
