Preparation tip
Mix the flour with warm water (ratio 1:1.2) and salt, then leave to rest for 5 minutes. Shape into discs of approx. 1.5cm and bake in a lightly oiled hot pan for 7–8 minutes on each side until golden brown. Available from Osina Afro Market in Switzerland.
