Preparation tip
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain the water and stir in the seasoning packet. For the Nigerian style: crack an egg directly into the boiling noodles and stir. Serve with fried onions and chilli. Available from Osina Afro Market in Switzerland.
