Ga Kenkey is the version of fermented corn porridge from the Ga community in Accra – slightly milder and less pungent than Fanti Kenkey, and the preferred variety in the Ga region. Nkulenu’s is one of Ghana’s best-known Kenkey brands.

Preparation tip
