Dudu-Osun Black Soap 150g – The original Yoruba black soap
Dudu-Osun is no ordinary soap – it is a recipe that the Yoruba people of Nigeria have known and used for centuries. Its characteristic dark colour comes from roasted plant-based ingredients: palm kernel oil, coconut oil, shea butter and cocoa pod ash. These natural ingredients deeply cleanse the skin whilst nourishing it. After the first week, you won’t want to use any other soap.
What makes this soap special
- Traditional Yoruba recipe – tried and tested for centuries
- Shea butter, palm kernel oil and coconut oil – cleanses without drying out
- For face and body – gentle enough for the face
- Natural ingredients – no synthetic brighteners or parabens
- Particularly popular for blemishes and uneven skin tone
What you should know the first time you use it
In the first 1–2 weeks, your skin may feel slightly more sensitive – this is the cleansing reaction and is normal. Wet the soap, lather, apply and leave on for 1–2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and follow up with a moisturising oil. Available from Osina Afro Market in Switzerland.
