Catfish Ngolo Black Steaks are steaks of black catfish with dark skin, firm flesh and the characteristic robust flavour familiar from Nigerian pepper soup. Cut into 100–300g steaks and frozen – the most popular fish in West African cuisine, portioned and ready to cook.

Cooking tip
