Preparation tip
Mix the powder with a little cold milk to form a smooth paste, then pour into hot milk whilst stirring constantly and bring to the boil briefly. Season to taste with sugar. The more powder you use, the thicker the custard will be. Available from Osina Afro Market in Switzerland.
