Khanum Butter Ghee 500 g
Ghee is a real all-rounder and is used for cooking, frying, roasting and baking. Khanum Butter Ghee (pronounced GEE with a hard G), the Hindi word for "fat." Like clarified butter, ghee is produced by separating the milk solids and butterfat in processed butter when the water is boiled out. Ghee tastes like butter, but with a slightly toasted, nutty background note. Like butter, commercial brands of ghee vary in flavor depending on the quality of milk used to make them. Because the milk solids have been removed, ghee does not have the creamy mouthfeel of butter. Ghee remains soft at room temperature, but becomes firm and grainy in the refrigerator.
