Ingredients : millet, corn / millet, maize lalo.

Directions: Accompanies meat dishes, chicken, fish, seafood and as a dessert, it is mixed with fresh milk.

To prepare the Thieré, you just have to pour the same volume of warm water on the dry thiéré, let it rest for 10 minutes after having covered, then steam or microwave it. Another possibility of use: pour boiling water, cover and let it swell. It`s ready!
