Besobela is a blend of wild, sun-dried Ethiopian tulsi basil. The blend has a fresh and fruity taste, with a hint of berries. Besobela enhances the Ethiopian spice butter "Niter Kibeh" and is often added to Berbere spice blends or as its own spice to many Ethiopian dishes.
