Traditionally prepared in Ghana from corn dough. Kenkey is made from corn, cooked soft and covered with corn leaves and eaten with fish, pepper or stew.
Vacuum packed to preserve freshness, in a microwaveable bag. Keep refrigerated, reheat in microwave on medium setting in 5 minutes or in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Once opened, store in refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
